SHIPPING & RETURNS

                                                                      FFL TRANSFERS

OTX will only transfer a firearm to individuals, agencies or businesses in possession of a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL).

 

If you are not a valid FFL holder, we will transfer your purchased firearm to your choice of a licensed gun dealer in your state.

 

It is the buyer's responsibility:

  • to ensure that a firearm is legal to own in your state.

  • to complete all required paperwork when picking up the firearm from your local dealer.

 

Please check with your local dealer concerning their transfer policies and fees.

If you choose to use an out of state dealer for a firearm transfer, we will be unable to ship your item until we receive a copy of their FFL. 

                                                                        CANCELLATIONS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL due to the customizable options. Once an order is placed it begins the assembly process so we will not be able to cancel once the build has begun. Cancellations will be allowed when lead times are present and the order has not yet undergone the build process.  

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

After the transfer process has been completed, firearms cannot be returned. If a firearm is in need of warranty inspection/repair, return shipping will be at the customer's expense unless otherwise arranged. OTX will pay return shipping of any firearms or parts that undergo inspection, repair or replacement. If a firearm is inspected and deemed to require replacement, OTX will ship a replacement firearm to a licensed FFL only and the individual will be required to undergo the transfer process again with their FFL dealer.
